Tides & Tranquility Wild Coastal Retreat
Join us for an unforgettable weekend in the breathtaking landscapes of the West coast of Scotland, foraging, wild swimming, wildlife watching, wildcrafting, hiking and of course eating delicious food with a wild sea twist.

This immersive experience brings together three passionate and experienced guides—Vicky, Jo and Audrey—experts in foraging, open water swimming, wildcrafting and Nature connection.
Together, they’ll lead you through a hands-on journey celebrating the abundance of nature and the joy of shared connection.
Highlights of the retreat:
- A guided walk on a remote island with a wild picnic and swim
- Guided beach swims
- Wildlife watching.
- A guided walk with fresh water river pool swim.
- Seaweed foraging and identification
- Seaweed salt scrub followed by a wild “dook” to rinse it off
- Wood fired beach sauna
- Local history and folklore
What’s included:
- Transfers to and from the island

How to Book
Click on the book a slot button and we will send you the booking form (please note this is not you confirming your space. Once we have received your form, we will send out an invoice, only when you pay your non-refundable deposit of £100 will your space be confirmed).
Final payment will be due 15th February 2027 for June and 10th of May 2027 for September, you can pay in installments or make 1 final payment.
