That’s why we love to collaborate with like-minded outdoor practitioners who share our passion for nature, sustainability, and education. Wild Coastal Retreat:
Friday 5th of June to Monday 8th of June, 2026
Join Vicky with Jo and Audrey of “Wild Bathing” for a truly unique and immersive adventure in beautiful Argyll and Bute on the West coast of Scotland, foraging, wild swimming, wild life watching, hiking, and of course eating delicious food!
The Seaweed Baths: fully immersive mini retreats that celebrate and harness the healing power of Nature.
Join The Little Foragers Kitchen and Wild Bathing for a 4 hour mini retreat where you will relax, rejuvenate with foraging, wild crafting, sea and sauna with wild food tasters around the fire to finish off.
Each retreat will start with a welcoming circle and warm drink, where we get to know each other a little more before heading off for a mindful walk down to the beach with Vicky, to gather and identify seaweeds for our salt scrub.
We then head back to our cosy base where we shall make our seaweed scrub and apply it, before dashing down to the sea for an invigorating “dook” to rinse it off, with Jo or Audrey.
We will then run back up to our fireside where we will heat up with warm buckets of water before heading in to the wood fired sauna where Jo or Audrey will guide you in the benefits of hot and cold water therapy. You can enjoy the cold water buckets, the sea or just cool off in the fresh air during your session. This is your retreat and we will be guided by you.
After the sauna we shall sit together around the fire to enjoy some delicious wild drinks and food tasters, made by Vicky.
Each attendee will receive an e.copy of The Little Foragers Introduction to Seaweed Foraging along with some recipes and resources.
You will leave feeling uplifted, relaxed and rejuvenated, having spent the day fully immersed in Nature.
