Immersive “hands on” foraging courses at Tralee Bay Holidays, (re)wilding and (re)connecting with Nature.

Set in 26 acres of ancient woodland, overlooking Ardmucknish Bay, Tralee is the perfect location for foraging and wildcrafting for the whole family.

You will learn;

  1. How to forage for wild food, medicine and wild crafting materials safely and sustainably
  2. Foraging and the law
  3. About how to identify a wide variety of wild plants
  4. About how to make wild teas, infusions and tinctures
  5. How to connect with the Earth on a deeper, more meaningful level

Our 2 hour experiences include a wild snack and wild drink.  The cost is £20 per adult and children aged 5 to 11yrs are free for the first child and £3 per child after that.  Under 5’s are free.

Our 4 hour experiences include a wild food picnic. The cost per adult is £40 and children aged 5 to 11 years are free for the first child and £10 after that.  Under 5’s are free.

We also run events with Wild Bathing that involve foraging and identification for seaweed, wildcrafting, a wild swim and a wood fired sauna followed by wild food tasters around the fire.  To book these contact Wild Bathing direct, via our Wild Retreats page.
