This immersive experience brings together three passionate and experienced guides—Courtney, Lisa, and Vicky—experts in foraging, herbalism, fermentation, and wildcrafting. Together, they’ll lead you through a hands-on journey celebrating the abundance of nature and the joy of shared connection.
Highlights of the Day:
- Guided Foraging: Discover the rich diversity of salt marshes, hedgerows, and woodlands while learning to identify edible and medicinal plants, as well as local seaweed.
- Wild Crafting & Cooking: Get hands-on with preserving, crafting, and preparing a delicious wild-inspired meal. You’ll also enjoy creative activities such as making herbal remedies, ferments, begin crafting your own set of Ogham staves to take home.
- Evening Feast: Savour a seasonal, fire-cooked meal featuring the day’s wildcrafted finds. There’s nothing like dining outdoors, surrounded by new friends and nature’s beauty.
